Return Policy

• We gladly accept any unused and unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase: Simply return the complete product to us in its original, clean, and sealed packaging, accompanied with the original proof of purchase or receipt.

• Unused items but with open boxes returned within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee after they are tested (if required). These items must be returned in the clean, original packaging with all accessories.

• Unopened items returned within 90 days will receive in store credit only. This does not apply to sale or clearance items. Other restrictions may apply.

• Special-order merchandise is not returnable. 

Warranty

• All merchandise is subject to the manufactures warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufactures directions.

• Non-refundable items include: Lifestraw, cleaning products, batteries, hammocks, Coghlans, Aquatabs, and other items as specified.
